What you reserve, is yours. Every wholesale partner has a set amount of matcha allocated each month. This is the quantity you told us to keep available to you. The number is a commitment on our end, not an obligation on yours. You're never required to place an order every single month.

Unused allocation never disappears, it is carried forward. If you do not need your full allcoation in a given month, it does not vanish. It either rolls forward to the next month or is held as emergency reserve stock for the business.

Any matcha marked as single cultivar is special ordered as they are considered a premium. Please reach out to us directly if you would like a one-time purchase or consistent supply and we will make it happen. The farmers we work with have incredible offerings!
